Connecting with Spirit

Today I felt a need to connect with my guides and helpers and to sit with them in the quiet. 

I selected the High Priestess as my focus in preparation and to set my intention. 

I find it useful to choose a specific card in preparation for meditation or personal developmental work when learning from and sitting with spirit.
