Tea Time with Ehrblüh Tea

After a bracing walk in the woods this afternoon, it was home again for an extra special cup of tea. This is Ehrblüh Tea and was a birthday gift from my cousin. 

I'm still not sure how to describe the flavours of the tea but it's mostly light and refreshing.

I’m wondering if I’m about to kick off another tea craze like last year’s Buttermint obsession after my post last August.

The tea comes bound up in a tight little ball which you drop into boiled water and slowly but surely it begins to swell until it bursts open to reveal beautiful blooms.
