Thought for the Week

One thing at a time.   Take a moment to sit down with a mug of something hot and delicious, breathe, breathe again and then get out a sheet of paper and a pen (paper and pen is important for this one, no gadgets).  Begin to write a list of the things that need to be done, don't worry about the order just yet, for now just write it all down.  Getting them out of your head and onto paper where you can see them, cross them off as they are done, where you can refer when you can't remember if you've done it or not is a simple and calming process when you have a lot going on.

It's all too easy to feel overwhelmed when life is exciting and there's lots you want to one thing at a time.  You will get things done, it just doesn't have to be in a whirlwind of stress and exhaustion
