Thought for the Week


This week, instead of lying in bed with a screen in front of you looking at Twitter or Facebook etc, relax and unwind with a book or magazine.  Ask yourself how long it's been since you last read for relaxation, last went to sleep without the dancing lights behind your eyelids that had nothing to do with sparks of imagination but rather the after-glare of the screen.  The answer may surprise you.
