Thought for the Week

Is there something you have been putting off doing or trying to ignore?  Free yourself from the little niggles that steal your energy with each day that goes by and make this the week you deal with it.  

So make that call, file that pile, clear that garage,   even if you need to dangle a carrot in front of yourself in the shape of a treat when it's done to motivate yourself.
