Thought for the week

Let your inner child out a few times this week, it does wonders for the soul and your face :-)

Splash about in a blow up pool or even a stream if you're out for a country walk, eat candy floss, blow bubbles, fly a kite, make yourself a sundae with lots of colourful treats, roll down a grassy slope (my favourite to do), dress in bright colours in things that don't necessarily go together, take a silly selfie - whatever makes you happy and carefree just let go.
